Subsea 100 Introduction to Well-Control Equipment
This one-day course is designed for personnel with little or no prior offshore experience and offers an insight into drilling practices and well-control requirements. It emphasizes the importance of well-control and provides a general overview of the well-control equipment used on offshore drilling platforms. BOP MUX CONTROL SYSTEMS for Contractors and Operators
An intensive three-day course providing an in-depth look at the multiplex (MUX) systems used to control the blowout preventer (BOP) on modern offshore drilling rigs. Different equipment manufacturers are presented detailing the differences between their designs. The course is culminated with a hands-on working session preforming realistic system troubleshooting on a MUX system simulator.Open to Operators and Drilling Contractors personnel (Oil and Gas). Course includes relevant students’ hands-on in class group exercises and activities with Subsea Solutions BOP MUX Simulator.
