BOP MUX CONTROL SYSTEMS for Contractors and Operators
An intensive three-day course providing an in-depth look at the multiplex (MUX) systems used to control the blowout preventer (BOP) on modern offshore drilling rigs. Different equipment manufacturers are presented detailing the differences between their designs. The course is culminated with a hands-on working session preforming realistic system troubleshooting on a MUX system simulator.
Open to Operators and Drilling Contractors personnel (Oil and Gas). Course includes relevant students’ hands-on in class group exercises and activities with Subsea Solutions BOP MUX Simulator.

Subsea 105 Introduction to Schematics Reading and Subsea BOP Controls
A three-day course on subsea schematics and interpretation of subsea schematic diagrams related to BOP stack operations for enhanced and effective troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
This course is open to subsea personnel working as trainees, assistant subsea and subsea engineers, drilling superintendents, well site leaders, and drilling engineers dealing with subsea drilling operations.
Prerequisites: SS 101 recommended.
Objective: To provide students the knowledge base and intuitive skill sets needed to understand and interpret schematic diagrams accurately; through visual animated graphic presentations, hands-on lab exercises, and correlation with relevant real world OEM BOP stack and associated control systems.The following topics will be covered during the training:
