Subsea Solutions receives OHSAS 18001:2007 Certification

Subsea Solutions has received OHSAS 18001:2007 certification. This certification demonstrates Subsea Solutions' commitment to implement, maintain, and improve occupational health and safety.

Clients and employees can be assured that Subsea Solutions will continue to meet their needs now and in the long term.

A copy of the Certificate can be found here.

The Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) 18001:2007 specification was jointly developed by a number of international third-party certification bodies, standards authorities, and interested groups. It enables organizations to manage operational risks and improve performance while providing guidance on how to manage the health and safety aspects of business activities more effectively.

Subsea Solutions' Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System (HSEMS) protects employees against possible occupational risks and reduces the likelihood of accidents in the workplace. The HSEMS promotes a safe and healthy work environment by providing a framework that consistently identifies and controls its health and safety risk, reduces the potential for incidents, aids legislative compliance, and improves overall performance.

Subsea Solutions' OHSAS 18001:2007-certified HSEMS is aligned with the company's existing ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. Both systems enable Subsea Solutions to carefully examine what we do, define and implement improvements, and continuously review and manage the systems.
